Real Estate Guidance with an Entrepreneur’s Perspective

As a Florida-licensed real estate professional, seven-time founder, and experienced business adviser, I help investors evaluate residential and commercial opportunities with a strategic, business-minded approach.

Licensed in Florida since 2023, I work with investors to identify opportunities that align with their goals, risk tolerance, and long-term strategy. My background allows me to look beyond the transaction and evaluate real estate as an operating asset and potential source of long-term value.

Throughout my career, I have launched and advised businesses across technology, e-commerce, service, and education, helped raise more than $2.5 million in seed funding, and supported the launch of more than 25 Florida LLCs.

My work has been recognized by the Tampa Bay Business Journal through the Tampa Bay Inno Awards, including the Equity Advocate Award in 2020 and Entrepreneur Supporter Award in 2024.

I hold an MBA from Florida Gulf Coast University and two master’s degrees from the University of South Florida. I also spent five years teaching entrepreneurship and have worked with organizations including STRIVE at Hillsborough Community College, Syracuse University’s D’Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families, and the Wounded Warrior Project bootcamp.

Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, boating, fishing, traveling, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, attending sporting events, and spending time with my family.
